  • I purchased a brand new 2016 ram 2500 just so I could pull a camper . I had never owned a Mopar product before but I really liked the way they looked and the coil spring rear axle so I thought I would give them a try . Didn`t even get 2 thousand miles on the truck and the transmission stopped shifting . It took a whole week to fix that and my service advisor told me that was a common problem . If it is a common problem why did it take 7 days to get my truck repaired and why is there not a service bulletin . I was also told that the truck was delivered low on transmission fluid . Now with 3 thousand miles it is leaking oil . This I noticed when I picked up the truck after the transmission was worked on but was not sure till now , which leads me too another question . They must have seen the engine was leaking oil when they had the transmission off so why didn`t they fix it . Long story made short , done with this dealership and this is my last Dodge . I have to plan my camping trips around the time my truck is in for repairs
