  • I will give Omar 5 stars! As a first time buyer I was nervous about the entire process. Omar definitely helped me as much as possible in getting the car I wanted. When I got there I was helped right away. I confirmed my choice when I test drove and chose a 2016 Honda Civic. Omar was great and explained everything to myself as well as my dad. I am giving a 1 star rating because the finance part of purchasing my vehicle was the worst experience I have had in customer service. Matt was aggressive after I refused the added on packages time and time again. Yeah-I get it, its their job to add more crap on. I was upset when he left and brought in another man that spoke Spanish to us! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for! Then he came back and it was just awkward. If a customer refuses something multiple times please listen. There are far better ways to approach customers to purchase those packages. In the end, I got the car I wanted but I spent 5 hours doing it.
