  • Well now Cox Communications has it set up that every time I call, they hang up on me. This happened to me last week when I was trying to resolve a billing issue. So I went in to their Cox Communications store to talk to someone about my problem and pay my bill via credit card. Just thought I should tell you that if they dont want to talk to you they have a way of hanging up on you every time you call. FYI.
