  • HORRIBLE customer service. I came in with my husband.... Dressed casually. Sales associates prejudge customers....because I got absolutely NO help even though other who walked in after me were helped immediately. I ended up trying a couple pairs on after I finally walked up to the counter and asked. They did not work out for me, but I am glad they didn't because after the poor service I'd hate to give my money to this store. However, hubby purchase me a $3,000 Prada bag the very next day, so had those shoes fit better and your sales associates weren't such snobs, you could have made a pretty damn good sale. Christian Louboutin, sad to say that I won't be making any future purchases from you as your staff in this store has tarnished your brand for me. I'll stick with my Manolos.
