Meh... it certainly it not BOO's Philly Cheesesteaks in Los Angeles, but I guess if you want something this does fine... I'm picky about flavor and their cheesesteaks lacked flavor, it was it's just too salty. Star snatched. Salt doesn't equate flavor. The meat tasted like "steakums" not fresh to me. Fresh meat has a texture to it that is tender and you don't have the chomp down on a cheesesteak... it should practically melt in your mouth, regardless of the toppings selected. Star snatched. I ordered the mushroom steak and asked for bell peppers as well... get home they aren't even in the sandwich- and no they weren't busy enough to excuse it. Star snatched. On top of all of that...The provolone cheese wasn't even melted... everything was "extra" and I've never been anywhere that charges "Per topping" it's usually whatever steak-combination you choose and you can say if you do or do not want grilled onions and/or bell peppers... not that it is an extra charge unless you actually want EXTRA. no grilled onions just a sad excuse for a Philly cheesesteak IMHO, but alas this is Vegas. My search for a cheesesteak home out here continues. The primary plus is it's open 24/7... but the only people who care about that is those who believe this to be good. Won't be back.
3/3/2017 Soooo the owner wants to reply about using fresh ingredients but what I got was clearly not fresh- nor was it good. No comment on my missing items though... interesting. Give you all another try? Not unless it's free seeings that I didn't get what I actually did pay for on my first visit- but even then, I'll pass. Sorry- the food just wasn't good.
