  • My haircut was 3 inches uneven - I'll get to that later below. The salon ambiance is pleasant. It's one large room and the stylists work on 2 people at once - on either side of the mirror. Clients seemed to enjoy it. Ok- so My haircut from Nicki was 3 Inches shorter on one side. She cut it dry prior to my balayage and said she would fix it - but did not (I was facing away from the mirror during the rest of the cut and didn't notice). :( The balayage was very minimal and I wish I had requested more lights on top. Back to the uneven haircut- (even my boyfriend could see the uneven in the dark - and he can't even tell when I get a haircut!) I called back the next business day. Heather was an angel and told me to come in right away and she fixed it for free (yay) . She also gave me a card for a fee next haircut or highlights. Unfortunately when I tried to redeem the card the receptionist gave me attitude and wouldn't schedule my appointment. I was too fed up to fight it so I'm going elsewhere.
