Let me start by saying I am so shocked this place treats their locals as horribly as they do. I was at the pool weeks ago and was caught off guard by the security who told me you had to be a hotel guest or have access on your rewards card in order to gain access to the pool. Cool. The guy was kind enough to let me in my friend in and made it a point to let us know after our visit how to get that access. So today I went to the rewards card booth to see if I can get access. The lady was absolutely rude to me!! She basically made me feel like I wasn't a valuable guest because I don't really use the card. Okay, well I frequent this hotel all the time and have stayed here numerous times. I prefer this hotel over the strip because it's literally 5 miles away. The guy at the pool was nice enough to let us in and apologized for the miscommunication. So my friend and I went to the sandbar aka the bar with the rudest bartenders. We literally waited 15 minutes while the girl goofed off with another guest and the other bartenders were talking amongst themselves. So this older gentleman walked up and she took his order, still without acknowledging us. So I caught her attention because I had a question on the pitchers and she rudely responded. I almost feel like we were racially discriminated against and that's just too bad because my friend and I planned on ordering quite a bit and also reserve a cabana next weekend. I am so so surprised redrock. It's crazy you receive better service on the strip.
