| - Very disappointed, besides the long queues, half the employees are absolutely there to waste your time and aggrevate you.
Today, after mailing out thousands of packages mostly through here due to convenient location, I was refused service because the stamped date was yesterday, which was Easter and they were closed.
The "gentleman" with 3' long hair completely ignores the customers every time until he feels like "serving" them, and then he goes "what do you want".
Usually I don't worry about it because I'm there for one target, to mail out my business packages, however this time he crossed all the lines, and besides being extremely rude when I was not being rude, he threw my package back at me because I didn't give him "the correct answer" as to why it wasn't mailed when they were closed the day before.
I told him I would appreciate if he doesn't throw my packages, as he can see they all have fragile stickers on them, so he replied sarcastically "oh they do, do they?"
He took the two tracked parcels, each worth over $500 with small fragile items, and threw them over the counter into the mail bin like basketballs, absolutely ridiculous!
I'm shocked at how poor this man does his job, and have filed a complaint with Canada Post, and urge others who experience similar issues with this person to do the same, as people like that should not be working in customer service jobs, let alone deserve work.
