  • Took my son for his first day of school hair cut. The person cutting his hair messed it up completely after seeing a photo of how we normally cut it. It was uneven and much shorter. I was told to email the manager. Twice. They never contacted me back at all. I contacted Corp they also didn't email back. Terrible customer service and hair cuts could be great but they could also but completely terrible depends on who you get. I'm no longer going there. This happened for first day of school and I can finally go get it fixed now because of how short it was in certain areas.
