  • I have to start this review by saying that this low number of stars has nothing to do with the employees that work in the store. Actually the sales associate and interior designer were fabulous. That said, their ability to deliver is horrible. We ordered a couch with ottoman and a table, 5 chairs and a custom bench. All of them were so far past the delivery dates given it was absolutely ridiculous, we actually ended up canceling the table, chairs and custom bench due to the being further delayed pushing us past 4 months. Similar issues with the couch in that it wasn't even scheduled for delivery and sat in their distribution center until I went in after it was 2 weeks past the delivery date. The store manager was helpful, but everything else needs to be completely revamped and I wish I had seen the other reviews prior to wasting large amounts of time!
