  • I wanted to like this place because they had good reviews and seemed reasonable. I went on yelp and clicked on their website. It did not work. So I had to call in to make an order. Which is difficult to do when you do not see the flower arrangement and cost online. They have instagram and the pictures on yelp. I thought the lady on the phone seemed helpful and pleasant. I tried to direct her to the pictures on yelp which was difficult and she named off prices. I gave her an estimate of how much I wanted the flowers to cost all together. I do not know if it was miscommunication but I stressed it a couple times. I emailed her the words for the note for the flowers and the address. I also asked her to send a receipt and picture of the flower arrangement. After I sent her the email with the words and address and gave her my credit card number that was it. And I checked my bill and it was about 20$ more than the top of the range that I told her. I emailed her a couple days after delivery asking for the receipt at least (since they did not take a pic of the arrangement to send me) and its been over a week with no response. Very disappointed. Also, I wanted it to be in a vase since the person I was sending it to was elderly, even just a small vase. The elderly person I sent it to ended up showing me a picture of the flowers and I was wondering why it was a larger vase and it looks like it was a bouquet that was just placed in a vase of water, than an arrangement in a small vase with foam. Who knows if that vase was the persons vase or from the shop. Be weary and cautious, especially when calling in to give your credit card number, they just have free range on what they want to do. Its better to order from a working website so you know exactly the cost and how it would look like.
