  • I would not recommend this complex to any military member. My husband and I rented from here. As we were coming in they were very kind and accommodating. As soon as we signed the lease, it was awful. The review before mine was the exact experience we had. As we were moving out, we BOOKED a walk through with Roxanne for the day before we moved out. We appeared for the walk through and Roxanne stated she never booked one for us and that we never came to book one. She said she will go ask an associate in the back if they would do the walk through and they said they don't go out to the apartments during evening hours. It was 4:00 pm and we were in our military uniform. Roxanne said "we don't trust it". So they then proceeded to screw us out of our entire deposit. Not only that, but every time we came to pay the bill they were so rude to us. We had asked for a few things to be fixed and they never were, but it was weird because the places where we needed things fixed were always disheveled and in their logs it said they were in our apartment. Why were things never fixed? They left our lights on and our doors open EVERY TIME. Then they proceeded to tell me that they never did that. We are very protective people and we're sure we locked everything and turned off our lights. Just please do not rent from here. We were so disappointed. We are both very kind and I would never write a review that was poor unless the establishment really deserved it. I heard good things about Desert Oasis and the Preserve (I think that's what it's called). They're both near his area. Try them. Stay far away from this place. They also tell people they will give them a discount if they leave a good review on Yelp, so all the five star ones are from that.
