  • If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I just got a letter saying I owe them $105.20 after a YEAR of getting a dental service from them. They said they have insufficient information from my insurance and that's why I owe them money. When I went to get my dental treatment, I stayed there for 2 hours just to fix the information for my insurance and to provide EVERYTHING that they needed. And it's just upsetting that they waited one year to get a hold of me. My problem is, how can they wait A YEAR later to contact me about this information. Not to mention that the clerk was very rude. We were trying to talk to her, and all she said was "you're not listening to me." Not only that she hung up on us TWICE. And she threatened to put our billing to the account collector agency. Yes, I have a problem with them charging me a year later, however my biggest problem is their bad customer service, and their unprofessional demeanor.
