  • This hotel is beautiful, at least my room was! I spent two nights here in April 2014. The staff could be nicer. I had an awkward situation with some of the people at the desk where I felt, their actions could have been nicer but, I was too busy having a good time to focus too much on that. I did report to the manager who just listened, I don't know if he did anything about it. If they want more than a 3 star average, they should have done something about it. I loved my room, it was pretty and the color combination was cool, the bathroom was nice too, bigger would have been better. I also am a sucker for bathtubs, I only had a shower in my room. There was long brunette hair in the bathroom, I have short blonde hair so I know it wasn't mine. You could tell they did half job cleaning the room. I had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, in the Paris casino/resort next door. Bally's is also across the street from the Bellagio, where you can watch the famous water fountains. Free show from the pavement/side walk. My time here was ok, at some point, the elevator wasn't working, we had to take a random good's elevator which took us to some pantry of some sort. I was with some drunk guys, I didn't know, we all ended up in the same elevator. I'm glad to have made it to my room safely. I didn't get to use the pool because it closes at 6 pm or something ridiculous like that. My time here was ok.
