  • So I decided to try this place after hearing about it having the best coffee in all of Charlotte. I honestly thought the coffee was just OK especially compared to my new favorite place, Rush Espresso. I normally get warm coffee drinks but the day I went I was craving something ice cold. So I got the vanilla sugar latte. I thought that they used far too much ice so that by the time I started drinking my beverage my drink was pretty water down and lacked flavor. I'm sure their coldpressed coffee is good but I think it would be beneficial if they reduce the amount of Ice they use in their cold drinks. The prices are the same as any fancy coffee place, expensive! I don't mind paying for an expensive drink, as long as it meets or exceed my expectations. I'm sure i'm sure I'm in the minority when it comes to writing this place but I wasn't that impressed and neither were the four of my friends visiting from out of town. Having said that, the baristas at this place were really friendly. I would be interested in going back and trying one of their warm/hot drinks especially because I think 7th Street market is such a cute place to hang out.
