  • For the most part, I've been coming to this SDM in the last 1.5 years to use their postal service. So this review is geared more towards their postal service. Beware of the woman named Jo there. She is awfully rude when she's not in a good mood - which happens to be every time I go. I'm not rude towards her at all. My packages are always prepaid, so I just drop them off at this post office but still she gives me attitude as if she's unwilling to do her job. And WOW, the 2 times (for the last 1.5 years) I go there to send my packages back to customs for reassessment, she talks down to me. She needs to get it straight that I'm not her kid and if she wants to discipline someone, then she needs to go do that to her own kids. I can be sure she is rude to me as I went there a few weeks ago with my brother - who did all the speaking - and she was way nicer that time. For that kind of horrible service, i would have flat out given this store 1 star for its lack of ability to hire better customer service representatives. But to be fair, the rest of the staff are quite nice. I have received good and somewhat-good service from staff of this SDM so 2 stars added to it.
