| - Since I've moved to Willoughby, I've been taking my car to the local, drive-thru oil change shops each 3,000 miles. They're great on convenience, but I end up paying much more than I originally wanted to in my quest to prove that I am a woman who takes care of her car. So when I received a coupon in the mail from Willoughby Hills Auto Repair for a "Summer Check Up" I thought, what do I have to lose?
I made an appointment to drop off my car, and they asked if I needed a ride to and from my house (sadly, I had already made other arrangements). But I thought, nice touch. Then when I walked into the shop to drop off the keys, they had a welcome sign in the entry with my name on it. Another point for Willoughby Hills Auto Repair. It's the little things that make a big difference.
Best of all, I told them I needed my car back around 11:30, and wouldn't you know, they called at 11:25 to tell me I could pick it up. When I arrived, they had a detailed sheet with the recommend service for my vehicle, and said they would email me an estimate. They pulled my car right up to the door, and I drove off as a happy, satisfied new customer.
So local businesses, take note: there are a number of lessons you can learn from Willoughby Hills Auto Repair. Be quick, courteous and honest (not to mention offer sweet coupons) and you'll be raking in the new business in no time flat.
