  • I went in to get see the large variety they advertise on the radio in diamonds. I was looking for a men's ring and unfortunately the selection wasn't that large. Eli the gentleman who assisted me suggested a custom route. He took down my information and told he'd send me a quote in just a couple of days after speaking to his design team who was located internationally. A little over a week went by and I never heard back, so I called myself and spoke to Eli. He said that whatever I requested wasn't possible. A simple band with 3 rows of diamond. I was disappointed that I had to reach out & they weren't even able to do accomplish a custom ring as they always advertise. Hearing their advertisement on the radio was always annoying but even more so now. I hope my friends are more reliable than Shane Co. who states "now you've got a friend in the business "
