  • If you're looking for diner food, this is a good bet! I'm wavering between three and four stars, but rounding up for charm. We were deciding between Pamela's and Deluca's. Deluca's advertised a shorter wait time, so we jumped in line anxious for some breakfast! It was Saturday morning and took about 45 minutes until we got seated. I don't mind waiting for food, but I'm not sure I would wait that long next time. The menu is extensive and covers your diner staples from omelettes and eggs benedict, to pancakes and crepes. Everyone at my table ordered something different. I went with the corned beef hash which was served with toast, eggs and home fries. We also got an order of the special pumpkin pancakes to share. The portions were HUGE. We all ate about half of what we got and were stuffed to the brim. The pancakes were better than I imagined they would be and I'd definitely recommend going the sweet and savory route. Service was pretty good and efficient. Our waitress spilt a full cup of coffee on the table, but they were quick to react and clean it up. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed looking at all the photos and memorabilia on the wall from local athletes to celebs (and Man vs. Food)! Like I said, it was some solid food and we were full for hours. Worth the wait? I'll let you decide that for yourself.
