  • Awful hair stylist!! She ruined my hair and blamed me. She told me I wasn't specific enough! I showed her a picture and showed her how I wanted my bangs. She hacked them off! I cried in the chair. She tried to fix it by cutting other parts of my hair to create bangs. It took 6 weeks for them to look somewhat normal. I had to pin my hair up and it looked so awful. I work in a spa, so image is important. She told me she had to go and to come back when my bangs grew back. She didn't even offer the service for free. HORRIBLE experience. Make sure you are SPECIFIC or she will hack your hair up.
