  • I don't know why some of the other reviewers had such a bad experience. We found Don to be very personable and his prices include EVERYTHING. When you get flooring elsewhere - it is extra for installation and stairs and padding. When I added up the cost of all the extras at Home Depot, his price was slightly lower for a much better quality floor. The installers arrived bright and early and worked straight through to get the job done. It was Christmas and New Year's and we couldn't get all moved into our house until the flooring was done. They promised it and delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
