  • I had a fantastic experience with Eric Allen. Finding a mechanic is up there on my list of "things that make me feel utterly vulnerable". I know absolutely nothing about cars and going in to have my vehicle serviced always makes me feel like I will be taken advantage of. Well, my search is finally over!! I had a really honest, efficient, and friendly experience with this business. He took my minivan and fixed the issue so quickly that I didn't even have time to finish reading a magazine in the waiting room! The building is very nice and clean, parking was easy and this place isn't super far from my house. I was so incredibly impressed that I turned around and swapped my mom's car for mine. She has not had AC in her car for years. As a favor to her for letting me use her car, I figured I would surprise her with working AC. Eric fixed the issue and it is so cold now! I was also concerned with the safety aspect of her vehicle (it is a 1998) and I thought it drove funny. He took it and did a thorough exam. He could have probably sold me the moon, but instead he told me there were no safety issues and to bring it back when the brake pads were ready to be replaced. Overall, I felt like he was very honest, personable, cost effective, and quick. Thanks Allen's!
