I always tend to show up right around 2:15 and they stop lunch service at 2:30. Thankfully, they always find me a table even when the restaurant is packed full. Service in incredibly fast. I'm always in and our in about 30 minutes.
Half of the enjoyment I get from Everyday Noodles is from watching the chefs make the noodles. They swing around an enormous rope of dough and bang it on a counter which is a bit loud and surprising, but adds to the charm of the place.
The soup dumplings are good - I had them a few times in China and these are very similar in quality and flavor. I really enjoy the pickled cucumber, green onion pancakes, dan dan noodles, and egg yolk buns. The noodles soups are also very tasty, of course! Definitely recommend Everyday Noodles for an authentic experience.
