  • Reserved date and time weeks in advance, however, received a text 2 days before my move saying that he was out of town and was unable to help me move. I understand things come up, but to bail 2 days before a move (that I couldn't change) is very unprofessional. To their credit, they recommended another moving company, but did not call them or make any arrangements on my behalf, so I found another company on my own. In short, their name should be changed to More Stress Movers.
