  • Recent rebranding, same amazing ownership, front office, and cooking talent. Just stopped by for the usual pho dac biet and egg rolls. Broth was super clean and deep umami, meat super fresh, noodles al dente, egg rolls fresh out of the frier and with dat fish sauce + lettuce + jalapeño slices though... I just ate and now I've made myself hungry again. It's the people that make this pho shop so special... you've simply have to give them a chance. Come hungry, I always do!
