Made of mothercuffing win. As I am a NY jew, I am always dubious that anything can possibly be better than jewish delicacies in NY. Well, this just might be. The smoked meat is not salty and not too smoky... a little fatty, but isn't that the point? The texture is like... butter. The best comparable I can think of is Texas BBQ. I don't know how they do it, but it is unreal and totally worth the wait in line and the crowds and the gruff service. OMFG. Oh yeah, and a huge sandwich is $5.50. Whaaat?
