  • This is the kind of service company that all others should strive to be. They show up when they say they will. They know their business and fix things quickly and right the first time. Kenny came out to replace a simple switch on a washer. While he was there he took it upon himself to repair a hole in the dryer vent (at no charge). And when I asked him to look at a dishwasher he could have charged quite a bit to fix it, but recommended replacing it instead. That is honesty and it is the reason A Professional Appliance Repair is our go-to company when something breaks. Thanks Kenny and Ray. You guys rock.
