  • I wouldn't even give 1 star if that was an option. I dealt with the blonde receptionist several times and today had to deal with the "manager" CARLOS OLIVARES. He first asked me if I've had a "rough morning" not sure why. When I was explaining that my car was not done until 11/21 and he said 11/18 - which Caliber and state farm were able to verify, he demanded I walk behind the computer counter to view his screen. He gave me a receipt.. NOT printed but he simple wrote on the back of a business card!!!! How unprofessional. She had upgraded my car, not sure how it was an upgrade or why, and he tried to get me to pay it... She walked out right then!!!! I asked her to tell me why she upgraded me and she looked shocked. Such rude people. I'm embarrassed for Carlos and don't see him in a manager position for long. Didn't your mom teach you any manners?!?! AVOID at all costs if you don't want to be accused or offended by someone.
