  • i received a call back from Shaun the director of guest operations,who was very professional and concerned about my stay. He explained the upcoming renovations to the tower suites,that will certainly take care of the issues I spoke about.It was a pleasure to have someone so courteous and really cared about our stay at the Valley Ho.So we will definitely returning .Thanks
