Jamie's prenatal yoga class was my favourite. Unlike other prenatal classes, Jamie teaches a well rounded class that includes strength, stretch and relaxation. It was important to me to continue with safe strength training during pregnancy. I also needed a really good stretch. I got both in her classes; whereas many prenatal yoga classes only focus on the stretching aspect of yoga. She also cultivates a warm environment in which new mamas can talk about their progress in pregnancy. I left her yoga classes feeling like I did my bodyand my baby good.
