| - We bought a brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The price tag was $43,xxx. Well the engine light was on, and the salesman told us they could fix it and give us "a hell of a deal." They just hooked up the code reader and erased the code. It was an Evap leak of some sort. We were not given any sort of deal, except a slightly higher value on our trade in 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and ended up paying full MSRP. On the drive home, our cruise control didn't work, on a $43,000 car. So that was appointment number one. When they fixed it, they didn't put the steering wheel back together right and the side with the cruise control switch bulged out badly. Trip 2,3, and 4 were all for the Evap leak they said they'd fixed. The check engine light kept coming on for the same thing. They finally figured out there was a leak in the filler neck, and replaced it. We waited and waited for them to call us to tell us the part was in, and we finally called them and the part had been in for a week, but they just didn't call us. Trip number 5 to the shop was for a bad orc module. This was terrible. You would be driving down the road while the jeep was flashing a screen at you and dinging loudly the entire time telling you your seatbelt wasn't on (it was). It was so bad that you couldn't even turn the music volume up to cover it. So we took it to the shop, and they told us it was a bad orc module, and it was on back order and should only take a week. 4 weeks went by without a word from them. We would call to check every day, because as I said, it was intolerable to drive. So here I have a $43,000 vehicle I can't drive for a month. Did they offer us a rental? Of course not. They told us it was safe to drive. I later read it was not, which was not ok with me. After a month we called mopar directly, and they sent the part express. Then magically the service department calls us to tell us the part is in. So once that was fixed, we noticed they scratched the center console very badly, which is where the orc module is located. There is a guy named Jay that works there. He is the biggest jerk I have ever met in my life. He ignores you while you stand at the counter waiting for someone to help you. Our salesman ended up being no help whatsoever when we were having problems. We went back there to try to sell the jeep back to them, and they wouldn't even entertain the idea. They completely ignored us. We ended up selling to to Burger Jeep in Terre Haute, and they were 1,000x better. I would never spend another dime at this place or step foot on their lot. Their entire business is a joke and I hope they fail.
