I have had previous procedures performed here and loved the experience....well this visit really soured me on the staff I dealt with and company policies. The staff member who attempted to help me was cold, robotic, and lacked empathy. She approached and asked if I was the patients grandfather when I am his father. Then when I asked if I could re-schedule the appointment she informed me that I had to call the scheduling dept to do that. I asked if there was anything she could do to facilitate that and in a very robotic corporate tone said you have to call the scheduling dept. I responded by saying that makes no sense when I am standing here to which she responded that is the policy. I told her that made no sense and was not practical. I find it extremely hard to believe that who ever put their system in place did not consider even a courtesy line in the office to provide patients this service when situations arise.
