  • Buying from the store in Chandler Arizona is the worst experience we've ever had as a consumer. A few days after we leased our brand new IPhone + phones we were back in the store because mine had speaker issues. The manager looked at the phone, pressed some buttons and said it's fixed. Within a week we were back and the manager did the same thing but said it was probably my hearing so he upsold us a headset. We went to the store 6 times with the same issue, and it is still not resolved. Not only that, they took back the headset, said they would overnight a check, and it never arrived. We are dealing with Sprint HQ but the issue has still not been resolved. NEVER go in this store to purchase anything They DO NOT stand behind their goods, and we were told by Sprint Corporate that this store is a 3rd story reseller and if we had purchased the phones from corporate the matter would already be resolved. We have been super nice but I personally feel they are trying to take advantage of us because of our age. I have never, ever written a bad review of a store, but I want to warn people away from this one.
