  • I've been an Ameriflow customer for 7 years. They installed my system reverse osmosis and water softener in 2010. I've used them every year since then to change my filters, check and sanitize my equipment. However, their customer service has deteriorated as of late. In November I was given a 4 hour window for service. I waited and waited. I called twice. I was promised he was on his way until he wasn't. Rescheduled for a couple weeks later. I called twice. We're now well outside the 4 hour window again. When you call in to inquire as the customer you're made to feel like you're a nuisance. Condescending. Customers are your livelihood. Do better. I was a good, loyal one. While on the phone the second time I got the impression they made a mistake and changed my appointment time. When the technician finally arrived one full hour after my window I asked him. He confirmed customer service changed my 8-12 window to 1-5 and did not contact me.
