  • I was looking for a florist to do a birthday delivery to my daughter at work. It was already mid-afternoon and I didn't know her work address but they said they could get it to her before five regardless. I looked at the photos on their website and told them which ones I liked. They told me what changes they'd make based on the flowers they had in stock. I think the final arrangement was even prettier than the one advertised. Very pleased. They're now my go-to florist in Cleveland.
