  • Our room was insane! I can't believe were able to get what we got at such an affordable rate, of $130/night! We stayed on a Tues-Fri in August. There are 64 floors in all, and we were on the 45th floor. Had a nice view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, and the room was super spacious and super clean! It also had a Fridge, stove, microwave, keurig, and tons of closet and drawer space. We had 2 queen beds that were super comfy. There were also 2 wall units that had small sculptures/artwork, as well as books. I felt that even though these were totally unnecessary, they do give the room an elegant feel. The bathroom had a whirlpool jacuzzi tub, separate humongous shower stall, and a separate area for the toilet with its own private "frosted" glass door. I took a video of it all, but unfortunately, my video camera on my phone is not supported by Yelp :( Customer Service was impeccable! The staff here reminded me of Disney World staff, in regards to their customer service, attentiveness, care, and professionalism. This place is run like a well oiled machine. They gave us a $50 gift card to use on anything we want from the restaurant because our flight was delayed and we checked in 7 hours later than we were scheduled to. Check out is 11am but we checked in here around 6am our first day due to being delayed at the airport for 7 hours at our previous destination. When we landed, we called the front desk to make sure they had not given our room away and they didn't, and also said they would make check in as quickly as possible for us since we had such a horrible time waiting at the airport for 7 hours before we could even take off to arrive in Vegas. They also have complimentary valet parking for all their guests, and shuttles that go to Caesars Palace (located in the middle of the strip) and Wynn (located a little down and across the street, that run every 20 minutes. They also have a large fitness center filled with lots of machines and a gorgeous pool. It's not on the strip, but it's just a 5 minute drive away, so it's ideal for families and people who want peace and quiet and cleanliness, without the craziness of drunk people all night long. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my friends.
