  • If this app had 100 stars they would deserve each one! They saved our disaster with another moving company! I'm not shy, it was Bekins A-1 Moving Company! On June 25, 2017 we had their representative Deana come to our house. She gave us an estimate of $139 per hour with 3 men. Told us probably 10 hours. She told us that she put a hold on July 11, 2017 at 8am sharp. I even called her last night to confirm. At 9:00 am this am, I call her to ask where movers are. She says I'll call you back. Well here's where it's interesting. First she tells me that we are not on list for today. Then she tells me she called driver at 4:30 in the morning. Then she states that this was the 3rd time in one week that her office at Bekins A-1 Moving Company had done this to her customers. Then, it was she had no idea how it happened. , by this time she's offering a friend NOT with Bekins named Hugo. (Bekins, I hope your reading this.) But Hugo can't come until 7pm. At this point my husband gets on the phone and he tells her we need someone at house by 12. She never calls back, but leaves a snarky text message on my phone. ***************************************************** Now here's the miracle part of my story. I called CHRISTOPHER MOVING COMPANY around 9:45 am. Within 5 minutes an angel named Anne calls back to say a truck with 3 men will be at our house in 1 HOUR!!! AND THEY WERE EARLY!!! Steve and his crew were fast and efficient and it went off without a hitch! 4 hours for a full truck!! SO CALL THESE GUYS!!! They really saved our day!! Anne? I still love you!! Thanks so much!! ***************************************************** Oh and btw, poor Hugo was never called by his FRIEND DEANA TO CANCEL. He called us to say he was on his way. Hugo, get new friends! We were moved Jeez
