  • My dog has been here twice, and has looked perfect both times. I like that it's a cage-free environment, and that my little one can safely wander about. It took a bit longer than last time, but it was explained to me that they had some early appointments which set them back. So, what can ya do? I understand. I should also give the head's up, (or reminder for repeat customers), that they only accept cash or check. I failed to remember this time. Diane was very apologetic, (not her fault; it was mine, for not remembering!), and she even trusted that I would return, and let me take my dog when I went to the ATM. When I got back to Canine Preferred to pay, she offered a little special something for my doggy. Diane's professional, and kind demeanor is truly stand-out. It's no wonder why she and her husband have been in business for so many years.
