  • My girl friend had referred me to this car wash after I had complimented on how clean and detailed her car was. She said they were very reasonable and do a very good job. I decided to give this place a try everyone here were welcoming and nice. I told the man I need deep cleaning on my carpets he said ok no worry. Waited in the waiting area (which is clean) until I was called, when I was called the man opened my door and all I seen was my VERY CLEAN carpets being so distracted I forgot to look around the car at first sight. I had forgotten to pay for my car wash so went back in when I came out I made sure I double checked around the car making sure the car was sparkling clean. Around my car was still dirt marks the man hadn't wiped thoroughly esp on the edges near underneath of the car... instead of him wiping my car another man had cleaned up the edges and apologized for not doing the job correctly. As I was taking off I noticed my Windows still had water marks, my back seats still had marks, just little flaws that should have been done after going through a car wash. I had called their company asking for their manager notifying him my car was still dirty he said ok come back and well do it again for you. So, here I am today turns out the first man who had "cleaned" my car was new and the manager was so helpful he made sure they did my car all over again which I am very thankful for that's why they deserve 4 stars for their customers service even though they should have done it right the first time they got it right the 2nd time
