  • Pushy sales team - tried to upsell everything. I needed to exchange box spring for a lower profile, what a pain! Got charged a pricey restocking fee (higher than what was quoted on the phone) and had to wait for the new one. We thankfully saved on double delivery (both pick up and new delivery) fees since we could haul them ourselves. Not an easy process.
