  • I was so impressed with my experience at Barney's this afternoon. I had never walked through this location before but was very impressed with the ambience and museum type feel. At first I was a little intimated by the high end feel but immediately felt comfortable as soon as Ron greeted me and my friend with a "Hi girls!" The counter associate was occupied at the counter when I first began browsing but I was impressed with her knowledge of the products she was explaining to the other customer. Ron saw us browsing and explained many of the products and skin care lines we hadn't tried before. He was very educated and gave a lot of personal experience which made him credible. Both Ron and Mecca were beyond generous with samples and making sure we were going to love the product before we purchased anything. I can be a bit of a mascara snob but Ron swears on this Surratt mascara which I purchased and can't wait to give it a try. I have always been a Nordstrom or Sephora shopper for make up but no more. I will definitely be coming back to Barney's! It's so refreshing to be helped and educated by associates that truly love what they do and believe in the products they are selling. Thanks Ron and Mecca! You are beauty gods!
