  • worth restaurant ever. not worth it even if you purchase from groupon. purchased in November tried to make reservation on December. call 10 times no one picks up the phone and no updates on their website. we decided to walk in and there was a noticed on the door and says closed for renovation reopen on Mid January (not sure why they are still selling on groupon if they are going to close for the entire month, and don't forget they the deal expires after three months) when they finally opens in Jan, called the to make reservation and they ask me to send groupon code through email to confirm booking (its sound like a scam and i am not sure groupon knows about how they ask code before redeem date ) so i finally confirm my booking at 3:30. i was late for 20 mins when i got there they told me they did not hold to my seating because i was late. and the whole place was pretty empyt, not like they were super busy or anything. they told me the chef left for the day already even through they close at 6pm. so basically there was NO CHEF at all in the afternoon time frame and this is a afternoon tea place. The waitress/ hostess (chinese girl) had problem understanding english we had hard time communicating . we drove to this place for nothing and wasted half an hour. their dessert looks plain and they had cheap plastic chairs for seating instead of decent armchairs. CHEAP decor HORRIBLE customer service. I am getting my refund! first of all please switch the chinese girl to anyone who has customer service skill and speaks good english. second don't try to make a sale when you are not ready.
