  • On Flt #2725 on 5/20/18 from San Diego to Phx (connecting from St. Louis) Charles, Emily, and Noel helped us get our luggage on a connecting flight we almost missed and instead of making us check our bags since important paperwork from my father's death, they moved and rearranged other baggage to make it fit in the overhead bins. They exceeded my expectations and were compassionate at a very difficult time. This is a note Noel wrote and think everyone should appreciate this kindness.
