  • I did not have a good experience. The owner runs around like a bat out of hell and does not listen to customer complaints. My taxes had to be amended because the tax preparer did not listen to me the first time. She was not a CPA or accountant. Another women in the office had to explain to her how to do the correction. This year, I was asked the rude receptionist for the women that corrected my taxes last year and when I arrived I had someone else. When I asked why I didn't get the women whom I requested, I was told that they felt another person would be a better choice. I have one accountant for 30 years and this office is a fly by night joke. They can't own up to making mistakes and the owner hides out when there is a complaint. People give it good reviews because it is cheap. The owner hires unprofessional people so that he doesn't have to pay cpa rates for accountants. It may be cheap but it may not be right.
