  • Rude employees, scam billing and all in all is a lousy company. I went in to this store today to discuss my account after receiving an email informing me my balance is past due when in fact my statement said my balance was 0.00. After dealing with a rude employee for ten minutes, he called over his supervisor. When I told him that I've already closed four account with Verizon, partly due to the nasty attitudes I have to deal with at this store, he snarkly replied by saying "Awesome". The other reason I'm closing these accounts are the outrageous fees that are constantly being charged without notice. Verizon is terrible.
