  • To schedule an appointment, the soonest they could see me was three weeks out. This was the second time I went in, two years later, and they still didn't write down my number correctly. I had actually found out that my vision for my insurance had expired. I got there an hour early and they then told me "we tried to call you to let you know your time and about your insurance". Well, once again... You have my number wrong. There's three other people in my family that go here, you couldn't have called them ?? The lady at the counter was extremely sarcastic and the tone in her voice was condescending. Not going back to this eye place again.
