I'd been to Keffer a few times and had been satisfied, though this last visit will test my loyalty.
Last weekend I went in for a 3 hour service, which ended up taking 6.5 hours. Sometimes the problem is more complicated than expected. I get it. My complaint is that I was stuck in their waiting room all day, with no means to get home.
Being a dealership, they have over 100 cars on their lot, but not one car they can loan out. In fact, when I asked why they didn't have any alternative travel options, I was told that there's already a waiting list for their loaner cars booked 5 days out. I replied, saying that they probably don't have enough loaner cars... The managers response: "If you really needed to get home you can go down the road and rent a car at Enterprise.".... Seriously??
They ultimately discounted my service, but I'm not sure that makes up for the frustration and 6.5 hours I wasted on my day off.
In short: If you come here, plan to have someone pick you up so you don't have this same experience.
