  • Mama Ricotta's has some seriously good Italian food! I went on a Friday evening at 6. The wait was 35 minutes but the two of us immediately found a seat at the pizza bar. We ordered the goat cheese app, lasagna, and pollo blanco. The goat cheese dip was so yummy, I will be ordering every time I visit. It was a large portion and came with bread slices and a red sauce. I had the lasagna and loved it. I was fairly full after the appetizer and took most of it home. It took quite a while for the food to come out after the appetizer but nothing to be upset about. Parking was available and loved the interior.
