  • dangerous practices! They will refuse to let you see your Doctor if you have a complaint about anything major or minor. I have had incorrect prescriptions and abusive staff at 2 different UMC primary care locations. If you complain or insist that a medication is making you ill they pull your file and suspend your priveledge of seeing your primary care Doctor. AND they never even notify you!!
