  • Greencare is not the company to use. We used them for our backyard. Work was completed last week and we are already having trouble. Yard is flooding due to them not putting in the required piping to keep the drainage going in the correct direction. We have had trouble getting questions answered in a timely manner, issues with the quality of work, and was told it would take 3 days and it took a week. Now we have to have them come back out and fix the drainage, hopefully it does not rain anytime soon! As not only will my yard flood but so will my neighbors! They have already had to resend someone out to redo part of the fire pit due to a piece needing to be realigned and a piece cemented down. Was told that a job supervisor would be on the job and we never saw him till it was time to sign the finished paperwork. 25 April 16 - Greencare did come out and fix all yard issues mentioned in this post and there has been no more flooding into the neighbors yard.
